    You don’t need to have filling in the cake, we can simply fill the cake with same frosting used on the outside of the cake or we can add another flavor of frosting only in the middle.

    Our frostings are made from a combination of French and Swiss buttercream, which is unlike the traditional American buttercream you find on store bought cakes. Both Swiss and French buttercream are light and fluffy and less sweet than American buttercream. We simply add flavoring into the buttercream.
